Blackjack VIP is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). By creating an account or by accessing any part of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete framework governing your relationship with Blackjack VIP. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our customer support team before proceeding.
To register and use a Blackjack VIP account, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Each person is permitted to hold one account only on the Blackjack VIP Platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all associated balances being voided.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
If your personal details change after registration, you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. You can do this through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Blackjack VIP is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by users.
Blackjack VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete verification requirements. Where an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Blackjack VIP account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in – or while your credentials are being used – is your responsibility, even if you did not personally authorise that activity. Blackjack VIP will not reverse transactions or refund wagers placed during sessions that were conducted using your credentials, regardless of how access was obtained.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Blackjack VIP customer support immediately at support@blackjack-vip.net. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending the outcome of the investigation.
All deposits at Blackjack VIP are made in Pakistani rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts – including accounts belonging to family members – are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of associated funds.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Blackjack VIP balance immediately upon confirmation of the transfer. IBFT bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard transactions are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Blackjack VIP is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
If a deposit transaction fails to credit to your Blackjack VIP account after the standard processing time has elapsed, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Do not attempt to re-send the same transaction before contacting support, as this may result in a duplicate charge.
Withdrawals from Blackjack VIP are processed to your registered payment method in PKR. Withdrawals must be directed to the same method used to make your most recent deposit, except in cases where that method is no longer available, in which case our support team will assist you with an appropriate alternative.
There is no mandatory minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 10–30 minutes. IBFT transfers typically take 1–2 banking hours.
Blackjack VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All bonus amounts credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms at the time the offer is made. The standard wagering requirement for Blackjack VIP welcome bonuses is 20× the bonus amount.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the bonus system at Blackjack VIP – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering in ways designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a technical error – will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus amounts and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Each game category and betting market on the Blackjack VIP Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market. These specific rules supplement rather than replace the general Terms set out here.
All bets and game entries are final once confirmed. Blackjack VIP does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of verifiable technical error originating on our side.
Odds for cricket, football and other sports markets are determined by Blackjack VIP at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to suspend, void or adjust markets at any time in response to breaking events, data errors or integrity concerns. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount in PKR.
All casino games at Blackjack VIP – including Baccarat, Crash Games, Fishing Games and Ludo – use independently verified random number generators. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information section. Blackjack VIP does not guarantee any specific return to any individual player in any session.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Blackjack VIP will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning stakes. Blackjack VIP's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Blackjack VIP Platform. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended and may be permanently closed, with all associated balances forfeited:

All content on the Blackjack VIP Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, sound files and animations – is the intellectual property of Blackjack VIP or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.
The Blackjack VIP Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors or delays at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blackjack VIP shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Blackjack VIP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. The effective date of any updated Terms will be stated clearly at the top of this page.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and Blackjack VIP that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, the matter will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
