No. Blackjack VIP enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts leads to suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. KYC is only required before your first withdrawal, not at registration. You will need a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides) or passport. Log in to your Blackjack VIP account, go to Account Settings and select the Contact Details section. You can update your mobile number or email address there. A verification OTP will be sent to your new number or email to confirm the change. Deposits & Payments
Blackjack VIP accepts six payment methods for PKR deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard (Pakistan-issued cards only). All methods are available 24/7 from the cashier section of your account. There are no deposit fees on any of these methods.
The minimum deposit at Blackjack VIP is Rs 200 for all available payment methods. There is no maximum deposit cap for most methods, though very large IBFT transfers may require prior notification to our support team. All amounts are in Pakistani rupees and no currency conversion applies.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your Blackjack VIP balance instantly in almost all cases. IBFT bank transfers typically take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Visa/Mastercard deposits usually take 5 to 15 minutes. Blackjack VIP does not charge any fees for deposits. Your full deposit amount is credited to your gaming balance. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction charges (for example, some IBFT transfers carry a nominal interbank fee), but these are outside our control. Check your payment provider's fee schedule if you are unsure.
A pending status usually means the payment is still being processed by your bank or wallet provider. Wait the expected processing time for your chosen method (see the question above), then check your balance again. If the deposit is still not credited after the full expected processing time, contact our support team via live chat or at support@blackjack-vip.net. Provide the date, amount, payment method and the transaction reference number from your bank or wallet app and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Withdrawals
Log in to your Blackjack VIP account and open the cashier. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard), enter the PKR amount and confirm. You will receive a confirmation notification once the withdrawal is processed. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval, any time of the day or night. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within 1 to 2 banking hours after approval. The minimum withdrawal at Blackjack VIP is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and Visa/Mastercard withdrawals have a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be processed in batches across 24 hours.
Delays beyond the stated processing times are usually caused by one of three things: pending KYC verification on your account, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or a banking delay on your provider's side. Check your account for any pending verification requests, then contact our support team if the delay exceeds the stated processing times. We will investigate and give you an honest update straight away.
For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, Blackjack VIP requires withdrawals to be sent to the same payment method used for deposits in most cases. Never. Blackjack VIP staff will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, email or live chat. If anyone claiming to represent Blackjack VIP asks for your password or full CNIC number, it is a phishing attempt. Accounts are temporarily locked after five consecutive failed login attempts (15-minute lockout) or for security review purposes. For a 15-minute lockout, simply wait and try again with the correct credentials. For a longer lock, contact our support team via live chat or email.
